1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TravelBuddiz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Verification
TravelBuddiz is a verified community. All users (Travelers and Hosts) must provide accurate information and undergo mandatory manual KYC verification via Government IDs (Aadhar/PAN). Providing false information is grounds for permanent deactivation.
3. Booking & Escrow
Bookings are subject to a 10% advance protection fee held in escrow. This fee is non-refundable if the traveler cancels within 48 hours of the trip start date, unless specified otherwise by the Host's custom policy.
