Travel Buddiz is an online platform that connects travelers, trip hosts, and local guides. We facilitate:

• Connecting travelers with travel companions
• Enabling trip hosts to create and manage group trips
• Connecting travelers with verified local guides
• Facilitating bookings and payments between users
• Providing communication tools and review systems

We act as an intermediary platform and are not a travel agency, tour operator, or accommodation provider. We do not own, create, sell, or control the trips, experiences, or services listed on our platform.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using Travel Buddiz, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

5. Trip Listings and Bookings

5.1 Trip Host Responsibilities

If you create a trip listing, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your trip
• Honor all bookings and commitments made through the Platform
• Respond promptly to booking requests and inquiries
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and insurance
• Maintain appropriate safety standards

5.2 Traveler Responsibilities

When booking a trip, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when making bookings
• Respect the trip host's rules and guidelines
• Arrive on time and prepared for the trip
• Treat other travelers and hosts with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed

6. Payments and Fees

Travel Buddiz may charge service fees for transactions conducted through the Platform. These fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a booking. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to change. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and the terms agreed upon between users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected

We are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of trips listed on the Platform
• The accuracy of information provided by users
• The conduct of users, trip hosts, or local guides
• Any disputes between users
• Any injuries, losses, or damages arising from travel activities

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual trip hosts and are displayed in each trip listing. Travel Buddiz may facilitate refunds in accordance with these policies, but we are not responsible for refund decisions made by trip hosts.

In cases of disputes, we may provide dispute resolution services, but we are not obligated to do so and our decisions are final.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Travel Buddiz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform, but by posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
