The rules of the road for our global travel community.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TravelBuddiz platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. User Verification
TravelBuddiz is a verified community. All users (Travelers and Hosts) must provide accurate information and undergo mandatory manual KYC verification via Government IDs (Aadhar/PAN). Providing false information is grounds for permanent deactivation.
3. Commission & Fees
We take a flat commission of 10% from the host on successful bookings. Travellers do not pay any additional commission to use the platform.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We offer a full refund if the trip is cancelled before 7 days of the trip start date. However, no refund is available if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the trip start time.
5. Booking & Escrow
Bookings are subject to a 10% advance protection fee held in escrow, which goes towards the total cost of the trip. This amount is only released to the host upon successful meetup verification.
